Carl & Rebekah get married. 

Carl develops the first NPN website, including mapping and Registration process.

Rebekah starts to conceive and write NPN's first Book, Neighbours Transform your Street

2009

Rebekah meets with Carl (At the time the Ministry Director of UCB), to see if UCB would take the project on.  Carl turned it down, but said he would help Rebekah get it started.  The conversation continued and these two single Christians fell in love in the process.

 

2008

Rebekah (having since become a Christian), starts to put together a vision, initially called Neighbourhood Prayer Watch.

 

1985

Rebekah (aged 9) sees the isolation and general need on the street she lived on and hopes something could be done.
